Human behavior styles have been divided into four distinct temperaments since the time of Hippocrates. Understanding the differences in these styles offers us an insight into what motivates ourselves and others. The effective leader applies this information to enhance communication, and to build successful teams. The model we use offers these four styles: DIRECTOR, INTEGRATOR, COMMUNICATOR, and THINKER

Grab a piece of paper, read the following questions and add up the numbers you choose. Note there are two groups of questions.

Give the Thinker plenty of time, plenty of data and then carefully listen to their accurate results.
